1.Install OS monitor from play store, short it to see what using cpu too high make your phone heat up.
2.Enable it on status bar and show cpu usage easy control app using cpu
3.Install App quarentine from play store and lock all useless app
4.Install Droid Wall from play store and set whitelist allow selected, tick only app you want accessing internet such as facebook, browser... Enable firewall ans save rule
5.Disable auto bright, set bright to minimum, off gps, off bluetooth...
