1-      Turn off your phone (Hold power button until phone shutdown)
2-      Hold Volume UP + Home + Power until CWM list show
3-      Wipe data/Factory reset  > Yes
4-      Reboot System now
If still not boot up to your OS let try method below:

4-      Wipe Partition Cache > Yes
5-      Advance > Wipe Dalvik Cache > Yes
6-      Back 1 step
7-      Install Zip from SD card
8-      Choose Zip from SD card
9-      Browse to your ROM.Zip file
10-   Yes - Install ROM.zip
11-   Reboot System now
