Steps:
- Download http://www.box.com/s/ldiumllcs3es17v785zj 4 archives file > Extract it
- Copy ROM GS2_MIUI_Khmer_v1.12.16.zip to SD card

1-      Turn off your phone (Force: Hold power button until phone shutdown)
2-      Hold Volume UP + Home + Power until CWM list show
3-      Wipe data/Factory reset  > Yes
4-      Wipe Partition Cache > Yes
5-      Advance > Wipe Dalvik Cache > Yes
6-      Back 1 Step
7-      Install Zip from SD card
8-      Choose Zip from SD card
9-      Browse to your ROM.Zip file
10-   Yes - Install ROM.zip > Waiting it success
11-   Reboot System now > Done!

Steps:

1- Visit and Download http://miuiandroid.com/ (For GT-I9100)
2- Download libskia_khmer_armv7-signed.zipl http://ubuntuone.com/7NUVkI862sTvgu5A14bbJk
3- Copy Both of downloaded file to SDCard
4- Turn off your phone (Hold power button until phone shutdown)
5- Hold Volume UP + Home + Power until CWM list show
6- Wipe data/Factory reset  > Yes
7- Wipe Partition Cache > Yes
8- Advance > Wipe Dalvik Cache > Yes
9- Back 1 step
10- Install Zip from SD card
11- Choose Zip from SD card
12- Browse to your libskia_khmer_armv7-signed.zip
13- Yes - Install ROM.zip > Waiting it success

14- Install Zip from SD card again
15- Choose Zip from SD card
16- Browse to your libskia_khmer_armv7-signed.zip
17- Yes - Install libskia_khmer_armv7-signed.zip > Waiting it success
18- Reboot system now > Waiting it loaded to OS
19- Install RootExplorer from market
20- in Rootexplorer > goto /system/font/ > Click mount as R/W on the top > Hold click on font name DroidSansArabic.ttf > Delete
21- Reboot Phone > Test in your browser

>>> Now Khmer unicode should be render well in MIUI!!! Done.

22- Go to market > Install Multiling keyboard
23- Launch Multiling keyboard > Enable it > Set Language to ភាសាខ្មែរ>>> Now you can type Khmer Unicode in your phone...
